Vitro Glass Containers receives ELSSA National Award

Last November 27, 2024, our plant physician Vitro Envases received the 3rd place award at national level, for his research: “New emerging ergonomic challenges: Where are we going?” This award recognizes us nationally as a leading company in the field of occupational health and reaffirms our commitment in the care of our people.


 

The purpose of the ELSSA National Award is to recognize and share those work centers of companies that have implemented preventive actions in occupational safety and health, as well as social welfare, and that have contributed significantly to the safety and health of workers, in order to establish a mechanism for the transfer of knowledge and generation of ideas that may be the design of new strategies or the strengthening of existing ones in the country.

To date, around 15 thousand ELSSA badges have been awarded as recognition and more than 111 thousand technical training and advisory services have been provided in the area of occupational safety. 

Last November 27, 2024, our Vitro Glass Containers plant doctor Elias Chay Perea, received the 3rd place award at national level, for his research: “New emerging ergonomic challenges: Where are we going?”, which is focused on innovation in occupational health issues that can be applied in the workplace, looking for ergonomic challenges that can be eradicated within the plant.
